This shaman drum is hand made from local Scottish red deer skin and recycled beech wood. The size is 16″ or 41 cm in Diameter
It has a nice balance of wood and skin.
The wood used to belong to solid wood kitchen doors.
It is made from 18 pieces of doweled together which makes it very strong.
Sanded round inside and out. It has been treated with a flame to bring out the grain then waxed for a nice finish.
The beater beater is made from sustainable Olive wood from Portugal, the end from felted sheep’s wool
All materials are locally sourced in Scotland & Portugal, and everything is handmade by Earth Eagle Crafts
