This shaman drum is hand made from local Scottish red dear skin and recycled beech. The size is 18″ in Diameter
It has a nice balance of wood and skin.
You can see quite a bit of grain in the wood.
The frame is made from 18 pieces of recycled Beech door doweled together.
Sanded round inside and out. it is stained and waxed which accentuates the grain.
The beater beater is made from Olive (Hand sourced in Portugal), the end from felted sheep’s fleece.

The Bag is made from Recycled leather fully hand stitched. The D rings are brass .
